Getting Started

Contact me to schedule an introductory complimentary 10-15 minute phone call. We will discuss briefly what brings you to therapy, answer any questions you have, and schedule an initial consultation session if you’d like to proceed.

The initial consultation is the first session where we introduce ourselves, discuss therapy goals, gather background, and assess whether we are a good fit to continue work together.

Sessions are weekly.
There are some situations where the client may benefit from more frequent sessions. We would assess this when we meet together when we meet.
Sessions with individuals are 50 minutes. Sessions with couples are 60 minutes.
75-minute and 90-minute sessions can be available as needed.

Yes, I offer sessions over Zoom for clients in the state of California.
Payment & Insurance

Sessions for individuals are $185 for 50 minutes.
Sessions for couples are $200 for 60 minutes.

I accept cash, checks and credit card due at the time of session.
For remote services, I email clients a Square invoice for them to submit payment online. Payment is due at the end of session.

I am an out-of-network provider.
For clients that have PPO plans that provide partial direct reimbursement for out-of-network providers, I can provide a superbill.

It is assumed when we start our work together that cancellations will be minimal in order to keep your session time.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please give me a 24-hour notice. Cancellations and changes made within the 24-hour notice will result in a full session fee.
